What you achieve

• You handle the assigned property damage cases comprehensively
• You identify and analyse complex issues and interrelationships
• You review claims and determine the appropriate compensation payments
• You initiate effective measures to reduce damage
• You flexibly manage areas of deployment that are not yet fixed

What you bring

• You have proven experience in the settlement of property damage, ideally in field claims service
• You possess sound knowledge in the area of building damage
• You analyse causes of damage in a structured manner and make technical as well as economic decisions confidently
• You have commercial experience
• You work independently, are flexible, and bring a high degree of initiative and self-organisation
• You are assertive while keeping the needs of customers in mind
• You communicate convincingly and have good negotiation skills
• German is your native language; good knowledge of a second national language is an advantage
