Tasks

• Independent management of the property portfolios assigned to you
• Representation of the Coop Cooperative as property owner and as tenant in rented properties
• Responsible for small and medium-sized renovations and refurbishments as well as regular maintenance
• Development of management and rental concepts with your supervisor
• Preparation of rental contracts and addenda as well as responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental properties

Requirements

• You have professional experience in property management, ideally in commercial property management
• You have experience in repairs, maintenance and renovations
• You have completed further training as a property manager with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification
• You are proficient and comfortable with digital media
• You hold a category B driving licence
