Polymechanic Turning (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Independent setup, programming and operation of conventional and CNC lathes
- Machining of shafts and rotationally symmetrical components with high quality requirements
- Monitoring and optimising machining processes as well as initiating corrective measures
- Selecting and applying suitable tools and cutting parameters
- Performing quality and dimensional checks to ensure the required tolerances
- Moving and positioning large components up to 30 tonnes using a crane
Your Profile
- Completed training as a poly-/production mechanic or similar
- Several years of experience in manufacturing and CNC turning
- Knowledge of Siemens SINUMERIK 840D control is a plus
- Good knowledge of machining technology as well as handling tools and cutting parameters
- Willingness to work in 2- to 3-shift operation
- Independent, precise and team-oriented personality with a high quality awareness
