As part of our strong growth, we are recruiting a:

Senior Procurement & Inventory Officer 

• Ensure the integrity of data useful for MRP management (item and supplier data),
• Analyse needs based on existing systems and place supplier orders (Out of BOM and In BOM),
• Implement the procurement strategy on a daily basis,
• Manage orders from MRP items until their receipt,
• Monitor the order signature and archiving process,
• Track, update and follow up on supplier acknowledgements of receipt,
• Oversee stock status monitoring and manage agreed actions,
• Be the main contact for internal teams on procurement matters, independently or supporting the Procurement Manager,
• Monitor performance using indicators, update and present KPI dashboards, then propose and manage necessary corrective action plans,
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects of the procurement function and contribute to the reliability of tools.
• Update procurement procedures,
• Provide purchasing support.
