In this versatile role, you manage the systems throughout their entire lifecycle, optimise existing processes and support their continuous digitalisation. At the same time, you ensure professional 2nd-level support as well as high data and system quality.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for central HR applications including personnel administration, payroll processing and time management
Ensuring stable application operation as well as high quality of master data and interfaces
Analysis and resolution of faults in 2nd-level support and coordination with internal and external specialists
Planning and execution of releases, updates, tests and maintenance work
Further development and digitalisation of HR processes in collaboration with the specialist departments
Participation in IT and HR projects as well as in the introduction and further development of digital solutions
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, business informatics or business administration with corresponding IT experience
Several years of experience in application management, ideally in the HR systems environment
Good knowledge of HR applications; experience with Abacus, time management solutions and Power BI is an advantage
Experience in optimising and digitalising HR processes and system landscapes
Structured, precise and independent working style with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
Very good German skills, high service orientation and enjoyment in working with various stakeholders
