What is my role?

In this varied position, you will take on the comprehensive management of a demanding portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You ensure professional and customer-oriented support and are the central contact person for owners, tenants, authorities, and external partners.

Your diverse range of tasks includes planning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance projects as well as reviewing and approving invoices. In addition, you actively contribute to the optimisation of workflows and the implementation of digitalisation initiatives.

In short: With your commitment and organisational strength, you ensure sustainable, efficient, and high-quality management of our properties.

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of practical experience in the professional management of residential and commercial properties

• Completed further training in the real estate sector (federal specialist certificate in property management or equivalent qualification)

• In-depth expertise in tenancy law as well as in commercial and technical property management

• Proficient use of digital management systems, preferably Garaio REM

• High customer and service orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action

• Independent, well-organised, and solution-oriented working style
