- Support in the acceptance of new software products by creating test concepts and documentation
- Conducting feasibility studies as well as setting up and operating demo setups at the customer site.
- Developing and maintaining system, project, and maintenance documentation
- Customer contact in 2nd and 3rd level support including on-site deployments
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification
- Profound knowledge in system engineering, IT architecture, and hardware/software engineering
- Experience in creating concepts and documentation
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving competence
- Very good knowledge of German, English level B1, impeccable reputation
- Several years of professional experience in a similar field
