The Challenge

As an entrepreneur within the company, you are responsible for the strategic, organisational and economic management of the Network division with around 200 employees. You lead two different business areas: the subsidiary in the telecommunications network and service business as well as the network with responsibility for the electricity grid. You strategically develop both areas, ensure implementation, drive digitalisation, service business and asset management forward, scale existing and develop new business fields, and actively shape corporate development at management level.

Your Tasks

• Entrepreneurial overall management and further development of the network, infrastructure and service strategy

• Management and further development of the subsidiary in the telecommunications network and service business; scaling of the service business and development of new business fields

• Management of the Network division with result and overall responsibility for an efficient, economical and secure electricity grid operation

• Strategic leadership of digital transformation and AI deployment to sustainably increase business performance

• Leadership and further development of a high-performing management team

• Representation of the company towards municipalities, authorities, partners and associations

• Co-shaping corporate strategy as a member of the management team

Your Profile

You have a university degree and many years of leadership experience in a strategic management role in the energy, infrastructure or a corresponding service industry. You combine strategic thinking with entrepreneurial action and bring proven experience in strategy development, business development, transformation, asset management, infrastructure projects and ideally in M&A and investment topics. As a convincing leader, you act confidently in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders. You have a strong market, customer and partnership orientation and know how to successfully bring together different organisations and stakeholders.
