Tasks

• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and adjusting the nursing process as well as delegating tasks to employees of other competence levels.
• You perform nursing and medical-technical tasks, mainly in complex unstable situations.
• You advise and support residents and relatives during illness and crises.
• You take on daily responsibility in the department and work independently in all shifts.

Profile

• Empathetic personality with a strong focus on people
• Enthusiasm for independent work combined with team spirit and commitment
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as customer-oriented communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to think holistically and high resilience

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 85,228 to CHF 113,882 (100%) depending on experience.
