Production Expert (m/f/d)

For our renowned business partner, F. Hoffmann-La Roche in Kaiseraugst, we are looking as a first-tier supplier, with immediate effect, for a motivated and committed Production Expert for a fixed-term assignment of 12 months with the possibility of extension.

The Assembly Ocular department at the Kaiseraugst site specialises in the sterile assembly, labelling, blistering, and visual quality control of high-quality medicines in pre-filled syringes intended for intravitreal use (application in the eyeball). As a Production Expert, you will play a key role in the safe, smooth, and GMP-compliant execution of manufacturing orders.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• GMP-compliant production: Operation of production and inspection equipment, execution of order and batch changes, as well as in-process controls.
• Documentation: Complete, accurate, and timely documentation and accounting of all production orders according to GMP regulations.
• Equipment & process monitoring: Monitoring operational and functional safety as well as compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Must Haves

• Completed vocational training
• High quality and regulatory awareness; precise working according to SOPs.
• Experience in pharmaceutical production, ideally packaging
• Routine in cleanroom classes D and C.
• Confident handling of electronic manufacturing documentation systems
• Shift work.
• Very good German skills (spoken and written) B2
• GMP experience
