Your mission

You ensure the polishing and deburring of components by tribofinishing, respecting quality, quantity, deadlines, and cost requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Set up and control machines according to recipes and work instructions
• Carry out tribofinishing operations and check the quality of parts
• Perform mechanical work and necessary carrier changes
• Ensure routine maintenance of tools and production equipment
• Report anomalies and participate in problem-solving and improvements
• Comply with quality procedures and safety instructions

Your profile

• Technical training (mechanics, watchmaking or polishing) or proven experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of polishing recipes is a valued asset
• Good general knowledge of mechanics and ease with production IT tools
• Rigour, consistency in repetitive tasks and reliability in your execution
• Ability to assess surface condition and use common control tools
• You are naturally curious and know how to work independently but also progress as part of a team
• Good oral/written French skills
