Specialist Foreign Trade & Compliance (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF104,000 - 117,000Our client is an established technology company that develops and realises sophisticated technical systems and components for international applications. The company combines development, manufacturing, and technical services and supports its solutions through various phases.

Responsibilities:
You professionally manage permits and approvals for the Swiss and US export sectors.
You analyse existing processes and derive improvements for trade compliance.
When further developing IT applications, you coordinate technical requirements and accompany their implementation.
You protect technical data through appropriate authorisation and control structures.
You prepare evaluations on export control requirements and their implementation for the specialist departments.
For business projects, you clarify export control questions with purchasing, sales, and logistics.
You regularly develop and update regulatory documents and internal manuals.
You convey compliance requirements in training sessions and check relevant data for inconsistencies.
Qualifications:
Completed studies or comparable further education in foreign trade, business law, or customs.
Several years of professional experience in trade compliance or export control, preferably in an international industrial company.
Sound knowledge of Swiss goods control law and US export regulations ITAR and EAR.
Experience in goods classification as well as dealing with permits and authorities, especially SECO.
Analytical skills and experience in further developing control processes.
Confident handling of data analyses and common IT applications; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Assertiveness in applying regulatory requirements as well as skill in conveying complex matters.
Fluent German, English at least at C1 level, and an independent, cooperative working style.
