Your area of responsibility
- You take overall responsibility for the operation and actively shape its success
- You lead and develop your team with enthusiasm, trust and appreciation
- You keep numbers, processes and organisation under control at all times and ensure smooth operations
- You stay close to the action, contribute your own ideas and drive optimisations with energy and initiative
- You maintain strong relationships with guests, customers and partners and represent the operation internally and externally
- You organise events and occasions with passion and create experiences that remain memorable
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:00
Your profile
- You have completed training in gastronomy or hotel management and ideally further training as an operating manager (G2)
- You bring leadership experience from a gastronomic environment and motivate your team by example, trust and appreciation
- Hospitality is in your blood: with your positive charisma, social skills and organisational talent, you inspire guests and employees alike
- You work in a structured way, think solution-oriented and act entrepreneurially
- Numbers, systems and processes do not deter you – you are confident in handling calculation and inventory management systems
- You communicate fluently in German and have an impeccable reputation
