The La Rozavère Foundation brings together three medico-social establishments (EMS) as well as a preparation and waiting structure for accommodation (SPAH).

YOUR MISSION

As part of your activity, you supervise, plan and provide care to our residents taking into account their wishes, care objectives and medical orders. Under the supervision of your nursing colleagues, you are required to manage a sector under delegation.

In partnership with the resident, their relatives and the interdisciplinary team, you optimise their support. Furthermore, you determine the specific needs of each resident considering their health situation and convey relevant information during the meetings you attend.

In order to contribute to continuing education, you supervise our nursing assistants, apprentices, students, as well as our interns.

YOUR PROFILE

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a Community Health and Care Assistant or an equivalent qualification
• You have significant professional experience in psychogeriatrics or in a hospital sector, an asset
• Possess good listening and communication skills
• Team-oriented, you are responsive and take initiative.
