• Analysis and handling of technical malfunctions during operational testing and warranty phase using internal diagnostic tools
• Systematic fault analysis at system and assembly level including fault clustering and derivation of sustainable solutions
• Fleet-wide investigation and evaluation of fault patterns as well as definition and implementation of appropriate remedial measures (hardware and supplier software)
• Close technical collaboration with device and component suppliers, including coordination of analysis results and effectiveness evaluation of implemented measures
• Technical support for ongoing projects as well as close exchange with project management on complex issues

• Completed technical education at university level in the field of mechatronics or electrical engineering
• Experience in fault analysis, diagnostics, or system engineering of complex technical systems
• Experience in dealing with suppliers and technical coordination
• German and English skills (level C1) spoken and written
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%) and strong commitment for supplier and customer visits
