- Responsible for planning and organising international transports via truck, courier, air and sea freight
- Preparation of required export documents (Carnet ATA, certificates of origin, customs documents, etc.)
- Obtaining certifications and handling letters of credit
- Correspondence with authorities, chambers of commerce, freight forwarders and customers
- Several years of professional experience in export mandatory
- Excellent language skills in German, additionally good knowledge of English, French is an advantage
- Confident use of ERP systems and good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- You are flexible, reliable and a committed personality with initiative

Profile
- Completed commercial or technical basic training with further education in export/foreign trade- Several years of professional experience in export mandatory
- Excellent language skills in German, additionally good knowledge of English, French is an advantage
- Confident use of ERP systems and good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- You are flexible, reliable and a committed personality with initiative
