Internal Communications Intern - 100% (12 months)
Your responsibilities
- Support production and sending of internal messages across campuses.
- Organize events to engage internal audiences.
- Help create internal engagement campaigns.
- Write, translate, review and send internal mass messages.
- Create and publish online content for the Myehl intranet.
- Organize information sessions for staff and/or students (rooms booking, invitations, agenda, recording).
- Create presentations and produce reporting for the team.
- Design and implement internal engagement campaigns.
- Produce creative content for internal channels.
Who you are?
- Recently graduated from a degree program or CFC in the fields of communication / marketing / business management/ journalism / literature.
- Proficiency in English and French is required; German is a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
