The Falkenstein care centre in the multicultural and lively Gundeldinger district offers a home to 86 elderly people. Both the residential and care philosophy as well as the integration of a Mediterranean living group are unique.

You are responsible for the demanding and individual key worker care and support of the residents in the psychogeriatric residential area. The diverse daily living environment and the professional as well as empathetic interaction with the residents are central.

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Preferably professional experience in psychogeriatrics
• Sensitivity and empathy for the needs of people with a mental illness
• Open personality with polished manners
• Independent working style and networked thinking
