What you will achieve with us
- You will provide our customers with comprehensive advice in the area of provision and pension planning
- You will analyse existing provision situations and identify optimisation and purchasing opportunities
- You will develop individual provision and retirement strategies taking into account tax and financial aspects
- You will support customers with questions about early retirement, capital withdrawal, pension models and provision gaps
- You will work closely with our insurance and financial experts
- You will actively contribute to the further development of our consulting processes and services

Required Skills and Qualifications
What we expect from you
- Several years of experience in consulting in the field of occupational provision, retirement provision and financial planning
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss provision system (1st, 2nd and 3rd pillar)
- Ideally further training in financial planning, provision or insurance
- High customer orientation and enjoyment of consultation-intensive discussions
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus
