Your main tasks:

• manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients and real estate professionals in the region and advise them by offering BCV's financial solutions and services
• actively prospect companies in the region and engage within the economic environment
• leverage all the skills of the Bank's internal network to bring the greatest added value to your clients
• develop financing solutions while identifying risk elements and working closely with credit analysts and real estate experts
• contribute to the development of other team members, notably by sharing knowledge and experience

Your profile:

• advanced banking training or higher education (HES or HEC, etc.)
• proven experience in financing and comprehensive advisory for companies and real estate professionals
• in-depth knowledge of the local economic fabric and involvement in social life
• strong client orientation, proactivity and sense of service
• excellent communication and negotiation skills, results-oriented
