In this role, you make a significant contribution to the timely and cost-effective provision of construction machinery for the maintenance and renewal of the SBB Infrastructure division. What you can influence.
- In this role, you lead the planning and allocation team for key resources "construction machinery". You manage the approximately ten employees reporting to you according to the directives of the specialised unit manager and SBB management guidelines.
- You are responsible for the planning and scheduling of all machinery resources and transport means in the long, medium and short term according to economic principles, with a significant impact on the group’s punctuality and customer satisfaction targets.
- Furthermore, you are responsible for contracts and ensure an important interface between companies and internal and external stakeholders. You organise training on contract contents and processes.
- You monitor the budget and control the services provided to SBB by private companies.
- You lead the team at a strategic level and continuously develop planning and allocation with a view to digitalisation.
What you bring.
- With your persuasive power and ability to assert yourself, you communicate in a targeted and appropriate manner with your internal and external interlocutors.
- With an initiative and solution-oriented mindset, you take responsibility and organise yourself and your team independently to implement your tasks in a focused manner.
- Ideally, you have already worked in the railway environment and have several years of experience in personnel management and/or specialised leadership in a similar position.
- You have studied at the ES/HES/university level in a technical field and/or business administration.
- You must have good user knowledge of SAP systems and common Office applications. You also have an affinity for IT and are willing to familiarise yourself with applications specific to a unit.
- You have very good knowledge of German (minimum level C1) and are able to communicate in French (minimum level B1).
