Technician HF Maintenance (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 100,000Role:
You will take on the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings as well as the surroundings and lead a small team of 2-3 employees. In addition, you will accompany infrastructure projects at the site and ensure the maintenance of plant and maintenance documentation.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for all maintenance and upkeep work of the buildings and surroundings
Leadership and deployment planning of a team of 2-3 employees
Creation, maintenance and updating of plant, operational and maintenance documents
Technical support and management of infrastructure projects at the site
Organisation and availability for on-call duties
Qualifications:
Completed training as HF/Technician in the field of mechanics, electronics, mechatronics or comparable qualification
Solid experience in building maintenance and servicing
Knowledge of building technology and infrastructural maintenance
Creative, manual skills, especially in the implementation of automation solutions
Independent, solution-oriented and team-capable personality
