What is my role?
Our client is looking for you as a Construction Manager in Civil Engineering! ?
What to expect:
Overall responsibility for the construction management of infrastructure and civil engineering projects
Coordination and leadership of the construction site
Monitoring quality, deadlines, costs and occupational safety
Ensuring smooth communication between client, planners and authorities
Preparation of tender documents, support with awarding contracts and change order management
Representation of the client externally
What do I need to be successful?
You bring:
A degree as a civil engineer or technician (HF) or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in construction management of civil engineering or road construction projects are an advantage
Confident appearance and enjoyment in collaborating with all project participants
Structured, independent and responsible way of working
Interest in innovative construction processes and digital tools
