Building Technician (a)

As a building technician, you ensure that electrical systems or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) always function perfectly, providing more comfort, safety, and efficiency.

Building Technician (a)

• Monitoring and performing maintenance and repair work on technical systems (HVAC) in production, office, laboratory, and other buildings
• Coordinating and carrying out all necessary tasks in collaboration with the responsible departments
• Updating various documentation
• Conducting fault analyses and rectifying technical malfunctions in building technology

• Completed vocational training in an HVAC or electrical profession (e.g., building technology, heating/air conditioning technology, electrical engineering)
• Experience in maintenance, servicing, or building automation
• Technical understanding of complex systems and building technology systems
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to be on call
• Driving licence category B (mandatory)
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
