Technical Sales Representative German/French 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients in German-speaking Switzerland
• Prospect new clients and identify market opportunities
• Advise clients and propose technical solutions tailored to their needs
• Present and promote a new range of innovative products
• Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts
• Ensure project follow-up in collaboration with internal teams
• Conduct active market monitoring and sector developments
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth

Profile

• Training in electrical engineering or construction
• Successful experience in a B2B technical sales role
• Excellent command of Swiss German and French (essential)
• Strong knowledge of the construction sector and electrical installations
• Good command of common IT tools and CRM software
• Resident in Central Switzerland or willing to effectively cover this region
• Autonomous personality, results-oriented and with excellent negotiation skills
