We are looking for a highly motivated HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) specialist for a great opportunity in Lausanne! If you want to commit to a central technical role combining fieldwork and coordination, this ad is for you.
Your tasks:
- Manage maintenance and servicing activities, with a strong focus on prevention.
- Ensure various repairs with responsiveness as a true professional.
- Prepare, plan and execute the assigned work with rigour.
- Monitor and support the completion of work carried out by contracted companies.
- Manage and schedule the activities of subcontractors and suppliers, including placing orders and following up on work.
- Keep operational files and intervention reports up to date.
- Effectively manage the administrative part related to your position.
- Strictly comply with safety, hygiene and environmental rules during all your interventions.
Qualifications
Your profile:
- You have recognised training in the HVAC field.
- You have at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, specifically in the service sector.
- You have good IT skills and are perfectly comfortable with MS Office.
- A challenging technical position within a reputable company in the region.
- A pleasant working environment, outside the usual construction site.
- A temporary position with real possibilities of leading to a permanent contract.
