• Co-responsibility for the demand-oriented procurement of food for all areas of Hospitality Management
• Support in food purchasing as well as in inventory management
• Early morning goods receipt on a regular basis
• Quality control and inspection of deliveries
• Assistance in the kitchen for patient catering

What You Bring to This Position

• Completed vocational training in gastronomy or retail
• Training in the specialist area at level G1 or G2 and/or purchasing clerk
• Good computer skills and strong service orientation
• Willingness to work at weekends
• Good oral and written German skills
