Responsibility for the operation and optimisation of the Microsoft system landscape
Management of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows clients
Ensuring reliable IT support and handling incidents and service requests
Participation in infrastructure, network, security and digitalisation projects
Coordination with internal departments and external IT partners as well as maintenance of technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science or comparable further education
Solid professional experience in the Microsoft environment with M365, Intune, Entra ID and Windows
Experience or interest in cloud, automation and modern IT solutions
Knowledge in network, server, endpoint management or IT security
Analytical, independent and service-oriented working style as well as very good German language skills
