What awaits you.

• As Jobcentre Manager, you take overall responsibility for supporting employees after job loss, from prevention to the end of professional reorientation, including hierarchical and disciplinary management at the Jobcentre, in close collaboration with the advisers.
• As product and process manager, you lead professional reorientation technically, ensure good coordination with advisers, equal treatment of employees, and sustainable support during job search until a solution is found.
• You conduct interviews and make demanding personnel decisions respectfully and professionally, including critical feedback and managing complex labour law situations, up to contract termination.
• In collaboration with the line management, you coordinate internal temporary assignments, conduct situation interviews, and ensure employees are assigned appropriately and integrated into the SBB during their job search.
• Through active networking with HR stakeholders, managers and senior executives, you raise awareness of the effects of reorganisations on employees affected by job loss and thus strengthen the end-to-end vision, from strategic thinking to concrete support.
• For the financial and operational management of the Jobcentre, you confidently use indicators, analyses and controlling tools, derive measures and develop offers, processes and management instruments effectively and innovatively, ensuring the strategic development of the Jobcentre.

In this key role, you actively shape the framework for employees' professional reorientation after reorganisations and contribute centrally to SBB's social responsibility. You hold hierarchical responsibility for employees after job loss and find the balance between individual support and clear entrepreneurial and legal requirements. As a member of the Arbeitsmarktcenter and CFF Anyway management team, you combine strategic development and operational management, shaping the future of the Jobcentre across Switzerland. You operate in a complex and dynamic environment, with a wide scope, many stakeholders and a tangible impact for employees and the company. What you bring.

• As an integrative, stress-resistant leadership personality capable of managing conflicts, you have experience leading employees or teams in demanding change and leadership contexts and know how to set personal and professional boundaries.
• Thanks to your communication skills, presence and awareness of impact, you act confidently even in difficult situations, rally various stakeholders to your projects and build lasting relationships.
• Your open personality and networking skills enable you to collaborate purposefully and win-win with diverse interest groups.
• You have experience using indicators, analyses and controlling tools, as well as setting measurable goals, developing targeted concepts and making decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• You hold a master’s degree in business management, psychology, labour/social sciences or a comparable field. You also have experience in project management, consulting and coaching, as well as knowledge of professional integration, reorientation, reintegration, job loss, collective labour agreements (CLA) and regional employment offices (RAV).
• Excellent written and spoken German skills (C2) are required for this position. Knowledge of other national languages is an advantage.
