Senior C++ Developer Enterprise Solutions (m/f/d)

In this role, you will shape the further development of software solutions in the enterprise environment with your expertise and specifically contribute your experience to existing C++ systems. You will work within a mature codebase, sustainably develop it further, and contribute to stable software architectures with your understanding of service-oriented architectures. Additionally, you will participate in architectural decisions and develop pragmatic, viable solutions for complex and mature software systems. You will work closely with sales and consulting functions to develop tailored solutions for specific requirements. In doing so, you combine your passion for software development with a pragmatic approach and are open to new technologies, including modern AI tools.
Responsibilities:
Further development of existing C++ software solutions in the enterprise environment
Analysis and sustainable modernisation of a mature codebase
Participation in architectural decisions and development of pragmatic, long-term viable solutions
Close collaboration with sales and consulting to implement customer-specific requirements
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of software architectures and practical experience with service-oriented architectures
Several years of professional experience in C++ software development in the enterprise environment
Confident handling of complex, existing software systems
Pragmatic working style, openness to technology, and initial practical experience with AI tools in software development
Fluent written and spoken German
