For one of our clients, a dynamic medical centre offering general medicine services, outpatient consultations, and non-life-threatening emergency care, we are looking for a:

Medical Assistant (M/F)

Activity rate: 60% to 100%



Responsibilities

  • Welcome and guide patients with professionalism and kindness
  • Manage telephone calls, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks related to patient follow-up
  • Assist doctors during consultations and treatments
  • Perform radiology examinations according to current procedures
  • Carry out sample collections and routine laboratory analyses
  • Participate in patient care within general medicine activities and unscheduled consultations
  • Ensure the management and maintenance of medical equipment


    • Profile

  • Mandatory Federal Diploma of Medical Assistant (CFC)
  • Previous experience in a medical practice, medical centre, or outpatient facility
  • Excellent command of radiology
  • Good knowledge of laboratory activities
  • Ability to manage emergency situations calmly and effectively
  • Organisational skills, autonomy, and team spirit
  • Excellent patient contact and commitment to quality care
