Support Engineer Microsoft (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is an established IT service company based in the Zurich region. Since its foundation, the company has supported customers from various industries in digital transformation. The core competencies lie in IT outsourcing, modern work, and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:
On-site support and assistance for customers as well as IT managers and end users
Recording, qualifying, and processing requests, faults, and change requests
Support in managing workstations, applications, and IT infrastructure
Independent planning and organisation of the workday in a hybrid working model
Collaboration with support and systems engineers on more complex technical issues
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
Experience in 1st and 2nd level support, ideally in an IT service environment
Confident handling of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Office 365
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Citrix, and network technologies
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
