Project Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 100,000Role:
For an established architectural firm, we are looking for a committed individual for the project and execution planning of demanding building projects. In this role, you will work on architecturally high-quality projects and accompany them with a special focus on constructive and design implementation. You will independently take on tasks within the project team and bring your experience from the Swiss construction industry as well as your strength in execution planning.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding architectural projects in project and execution planning
Creating and further developing project, execution, and detail plans
Developing structurally and aesthetically convincing detailed solutions
Independent handling of defined project areas within the planning team
Coordinating planning with internal and external project participants
Aligning architectural requirements with constructive and technical framework conditions
Creating and maintaining 3D CAD models and planning documents
Ensuring high planning and execution quality
Contributing to the implementation of demanding construction tasks from planning to realisation
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect ETH/FH or training as Draftsperson EFZ specialising in Architecture / Building Draftsperson
Several years of professional experience in the Swiss architectural and construction environment
Solid experience in execution planning
Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD and 3D planning
Good constructive understanding and pronounced sensitivity for high-quality architecture
Independent, structured, and careful working style
Committed and motivated personality with enthusiasm for demanding construction projects
Strong team spirit and collegial working style
Very good German skills spoken and written
