Customer Support Dynamics 365 Business Central 80-100%

As Customer Support, you are a central interface between our customers, the dev team, and the consultants. After the go-live, you are part of the run team and ensure that our ERP solutions run stably, efficiently, and customer-oriented in operational business.
You handle customer inquiries, analyse problems in day-to-day business, and find pragmatic, sustainable solutions. For this, you build a deep understanding of our products, services, and customer processes.

Your main tasks

• You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries, support cases, and operational concerns
• You maintain and further develop the ticket system as well as the knowledge database
• You work closely with the dev team and consultants in analysis and solution finding
• You ensure regular system and customer updates in the cloud (lifecycle management)
• You actively contribute to internal knowledge transfer as well as the build-up and expansion of the internal knowledge database
• You work on customer-specific adjustments and solutions together with the dev team

In your role, you ensure that our customers receive reliable, competent, and solution-oriented support and can efficiently process their business processes with our ERP systems.

What you bring with you

• A wealth of experience in using and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a good feel for customer needs
• Interest in new technologies as well as the willingness to continuously develop yourself
• Understanding of business processes of medium-sized companies
• Independent, structured working style with high customer orientation
• Very good German skills; English skills are a great plus (e.g. for further training and documentation)
• IT-related education
