Responsible IT Portfolio & Demands, Location Zurich-Oerlikon

Tasks

• You manage and analyse IT demand and coordinate requirements early with available resources, budgets and capacities.
• You coordinate the evaluation and prioritisation of the entire IT change portfolio – from new projects to lifecycle and replacement initiatives as well as further developments and improvements – in line with corporate and digitalisation goals.
• You create transparency about the status of the entire IT change portfolio, its dependencies, risks, capacities and bottlenecks and prepare well-founded decision-making bases for management.
• You coordinate collaboration between business, IT and project management and ensure consistent communication.
• You are responsible for the professional and methodological development of IT Portfolio & Demand Management, coordinate the preparation and moderation of the Portfolio & Demand Board and ensure structured follow-up of decisions.

Profile

• High initiative and resilience, combined with strong communication skills, moderation ability as well as a consistent goal- and result-orientation
• Analytical and networked thinking, high personal responsibility as well as clear prioritisation and strong decision-making and advisory competence
• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Informatics or an equivalent qualification
• Further training in project, portfolio or process management; certifications in ITIL 4 Foundation as well as additional qualifications in IT management or project methodology are advantageous
• Several years of experience in IT portfolio and demand management, including lifecycle and change management as well as sound knowledge in business analysis, stakeholder management, resource planning, reporting and committee management

The central Services department is located at Zurich-Oerlikon and provides various services within the entire service division. These include IT (specialist IT), finance, HR, marketing, communication, facility management, construction development, central purchasing and quality management.
