Business Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Analysis and monitoring of detailed process and production costs per product and plant
- Identifying potential efficiency improvements within the plants
- Implementation of improved production processes in SAP
- Production cost accounting for product development projects
- Calculating hourly rates and regular review
- Material costing in SAP
- Development of a monitoring and analysis tool for tracking process and production costs (for all products
- and plants)
- Annual review and adjustment of the existing transfer pricing concept (including intercompany agreements)
Qualifications:
- Business or technical basic education with appropriate further training (HF/FH)
- Strategic thinking, conceptual working style and good communication skills
- Several years of experience in production controlling in a manufacturing company
- Very good process understanding in production
- Several years of experience with SAP (Finance / Production / Logistics modules)
- Very good German and English skills
