Technical Support Collaborator for Internal Service

About the job

Your tasks:

• Handling technical support requests and collaborating with internal departments
• Clarifying and resolving complex issues in the fields of control technology, hydraulics, refrigeration, electricity, and heating
• Assisting service technicians with diagnosing errors and faults on site
• Preparing service orders, including creating quotes and ordering spare parts
• Checking special diagrams and estimating workload in terms of time and skills for commissioning
• Identifying potential serial defects based on feedback and reports
• Assisting with complaint management and handling complex billing complaints
• Maintaining master data in the CRM
• Partial assistance in the administration of the internal service

Your profile:

• Professional training in building technology, e.g. heating installer, refrigeration technician, or electrical installer
• Professional experience in hydraulics, heating, refrigeration/heat pump technologies, and electricity
• Additional commercial training (business school, technical sales) appreciated
• Professional experience in internal service
• Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as ideally CRM)
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of German
• Organisational skills, structured, systematic and analytical working method
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent communication skills, stress resistance, reliability, team spirit
