- Management and configuration of end devices, software distribution and client management with Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Ensuring stable and secure operation of clients, mobile devices and peripherals including fault analysis in 2nd-level support
- Implementation of IT security policies, patch management and device configurations according to modern standards
- Collaboration in the automation and optimisation of workplace processes with PowerShell, Azure Automations and modern cloud technologies
- Sound knowledge of Windows client operating systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
- Experience in client management, software deployment, patch management as well as in the analysis and resolution of technical faults
- Good knowledge of PowerShell and interest in automation, cloud solutions and modern workplace technologies
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as pronounced customer and service orientation

Responsibilities
- Support and further development of modern workplace environments with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365- Management and configuration of end devices, software distribution and client management with Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Configuration Manager (SCCM)

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ platform development or comparable qualification in the IT field- Sound knowledge of Windows client operating systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
- Experience in client management, software deployment, patch management as well as in the analysis and resolution of technical faults
- Good knowledge of PowerShell and interest in automation, cloud solutions and modern workplace technologies
