You take over the professional and technical support of central ERP applications and ensure their reliable operation.
You are an important interface between departments, IT, external partners and other stakeholders.
You analyse disruptions and error patterns, coordinate their resolution and ensure a sustainable solution.
You accompany changes, releases and further developments of the supported applications – from requirements to productive implementation.
You collect requirements from the departments, analyse them and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
You coordinate application adjustments and support tests, approvals and the introduction of new functions.
You monitor the stability and availability of the applications and ensure smooth operation.
You document processes, systems and solutions and continuously develop the existing documentation.
You work closely with internal teams and external service providers and coordinate support and development topics as needed.
You identify optimisation potentials and contribute your own ideas to make processes and applications more efficient and user-friendly.
You support projects related to the further development and modernisation of the ERP landscape.
Qualifications:
You have training or a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
You have practical experience in application management, ERP environment or a comparable IT function.
You understand the connections between business processes and their technical representation in enterprise applications.
You have experience in analysing and resolving application disruptions and can investigate technical issues in a structured manner.
Ideally, you have already worked with an ERP system or comparable business applications.
You bring a good understanding of interfaces, data flows and system dependencies.
Experience with databases, SQL, integrations or scripting is an advantage.
You work in a structured, solution-oriented and reliable manner and can keep an overview even with several parallel topics.
You communicate confidently with different contacts and can mediate between technical and professional requirements.
