On behalf of our clients, we are currently looking for a:

Caretaker / Specialist in Facility Maintenance (a)

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the flawless operation and maintenance of buildings and technical systems
• Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work
• Monitoring building technology and resolving faults
• Coordinating and accompanying external craftsmen and service providers
• Maintenance of outdoor and green areas as well as winter services
• Contact person for tenants, users and administrations
  

• Completed basic training as a specialist in facility maintenance EFZ or a craft apprenticeship with further training as a caretaker with a federal professional certificate
• Professional experience in technical facility management or building maintenance
• All-rounder skills and good technical understanding
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Driving licence category B mandatory
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
