Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional for construction planning and graphical implementation of demanding architectural projects. You will handle projects from project planning to detailed execution planning and take on an important coordination role within the planning team. You will coordinate with external specialist planners and experts and act as the technical contact person for clients and project participants during the planning phase.
Responsibilities:
Development and graphical implementation of project, execution, and detail plans
Coordination and management of internal planning processes
Technical coordination and management of external specialist planners and experts
Contact person for clients and specialist planners during the planning phase
Ensuring a coordinated and execution-ready planning in the digital planning environment
Processing and coordination of construction and execution details
Review and integration of specialist planner documents into architectural planning
Support in the further development and optimisation of digital planning processes
Qualifications:
Basic training as a draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture with further training as a Technician HF Construction Planning Architecture or comparable qualification
More than 3 years of professional experience in architecture and construction planning, ideally in project and execution planning
Very good CAD user skills as well as experience in creating project, execution, and detail plans
Experience in coordinating specialist planners and planning processes
Good German language skills, spoken and written
