- Deputy professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team
- Creating project plans and roadmaps
- Establishing governance, reporting and decision-making structures
- Harmonising processes, roles, organisational models, tools and methods
- Active management of stakeholders at all levels

You bring with you
- Degree in computer science/business informatics or business administration with a technical flair
- Several years of experience as a project manager or sub-project manager in the reorganisation of IT departments as well as due diligence audits and change management in the course of corporate integrations
- Knowledge of Scrum and SAFe as well as Confluence and Jira
- Further training in project management, ideally certifications in HERMES Foundation and IPMA Level B or C
- High customer orientation, strong communication skills and a pronounced quality awareness
- Structured personality with a can-do attitude
- Openness and flexibility for a dynamic, growing environment
- Very good German skills as well as French and/or English skills (level B2) are an advantage
- Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
- Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
