Responsibility for the operation and further development of the ERP system Abacus with close proximity to the specialist departments. The focus is on the digitalisation of business processes, the analysis and implementation of requirements, as well as reliable and high-quality system operation.
Responsibilities:
Operation and continuous development of the ERP system Abacus
Analysis and recording of requirements from the specialist departments
Support and implementation of ERP and digitalisation projects
Support in the optimisation and digitalisation of work and business processes
Collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and suppliers
Responsibility for 2nd-level support and handling of system enquiries
Conducting and organising user training
Planning and support of releases and system changes
Ensuring high data quality
Co-responsibility for stable and reliable system operation
Qualifications:
Completed education or further training in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field
3-8 years of professional experience in application management, business analysis, or a comparable function
Initial experience in ERP projects or digital transformation initiatives
Sound knowledge of the ERP system Abacus
Structured and independent working style
High willingness to learn, initiative, and strong sense of responsibility
Confident communication in German or French
Professional communication in English
