- Modernisation & cloud: You drive platform initiatives forward, including database migrations and the gradual integration of modern cloud database services.

- Data warehousing & performance: You support the optimisation of data warehouse infrastructures and ensure reliable monitoring and high performance.

- Engineering & platform operations: Together with the engineering team, you are responsible for the stable operation and continuous optimisation of the Oracle and PostgreSQL landscape.- Modernisation & cloud: You drive platform initiatives forward, including database migrations and the gradual integration of modern cloud database services.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): You consistently automate processes and rely on versioned changes, reproducible deployments, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

- Solid database expertise: Several years of experience in engineering, operation, and troubleshooting of Oracle and/or PostgreSQL.- Automation mindset: Proven knowledge of scripting (e.g. Python, Bash) and modern automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform).
- Platform & cloud interest: Enthusiasm for modern platform architectures, CI/CD processes, and hybrid infrastructures.
