For our renowned client – a leading provider of services in air freight handling at Zurich Airport – we are looking for an engaged, responsible and team-oriented personality for the Maintenance department by agreement. In this role, you will use your technical know-how to ensure that highly automated freight and conveyor systems run reliably. You can expect varied tasks, modern technology and a multicultural environment.

What to expect in everyday work

• You take on the technical maintenance of highly automated freight and conveyor systems.

• You analyse malfunctions, find the cause and ensure a quick and sustainable resolution.

• You carry out fault diagnoses, repairs and overhauls on conveyor systems.

• You are responsible for maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electromechanical industrial gates.

• You ensure compliance with strict quality and safety requirements.

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or a comparable technical education as well as the follow-up permit according to NIV 14/15.

• Experience in the mechanical maintenance of industrial plants.

• Knowledge in the field of automation is a great advantage.

• Independent working style with a strong quality and safety awareness.

• Willingness to work shifts (including weekends): early shift (06:15–15:00), late shift (14:15–23:00), night shift (22:00–06:45).

• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
