IT Support Technician (Level 1-2) (FR/DE) – 100% Permanent Contract

To support us in this transformation, our IT Management is looking for a:

IT Support Technician (Level 1-2) (FR/DE) – 100% Permanent Contract

Your mission :

Within the IT department at our Headquarters in Morges, you provide level 1 and 2 support to all our employees, both at headquarters and in our stores throughout Switzerland.

You handle troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals and are available to users.

You work on workstations and peripherals, ensuring their proper functioning and daily user satisfaction.

In a reliable, secure and dynamic technological environment, you are responsible for:

- Managing and configuring workstations and installed applications

- Monitoring the lifecycle of IT equipment

- Managing profiles and access rights according to current IT standards

- Supporting mobile devices (iOS & Android)

In collaboration with other teams in the department, you actively participate in various cross-functional projects contributing to the evolution and modernisation of our IT infrastructure.

Your profile:

- Holding a Federal VET Diploma as an IT specialist or IT technician or an equivalent qualification, you ideally have proven experience in user support.

- You have a good ability to adapt to technological evolution.

- You speak French and German fluently (mandatory). Knowledge of Italian is an asset.

- You master Microsoft environments: Windows, Office 365 (including Active Directory).

- Your technical skills, work organisation and listening skills allow you to manage your work autonomously and proactively.

- Experience in the Retail and/or logistics sector is an asset.

- You hold a driving licence (occasional travel to our stores in Switzerland)
