Location: Aachen or remote

As a working student in Technical Customer Service (m/f/d), you are the important link to our customers and partners. You help to resolve technical support tickets, maintain backends, and expand our service knowledge. YOUR MISSION

• Supportive correspondence with partners and customers

• Preparatory processing of technical support tickets

• Managing and maintaining customer data

• Support with knowledge base articles

• Making settings in backends

• Administrative tasks in the service environment
  

  YOUR ENERGISED PROFILE
  

  • Enrolled as a student (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in a technical field

  • Interest in technical topics

  • Customer-oriented 

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment

  • Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written

  • Confident handling of MS Office

  • Independent, responsible working style as well as flexibility, teamwork, and commitment

  • Critical and solution-oriented thinking

  • Open and communicative personality as well as a convincing appearance
