Capable of coordinating all operations related to conferences, receptions and private or professional events.
Job Description
As a true conductor, you ensure the planning, organisation and smooth running of banquet services, from room preparation to event closure. You coordinate permanent teams and temporary staff, ensure compliance with quality standards, optimise resources according to activity and guarantee smooth communication between different departments. You also monitor activity indicators, participate in the continuous improvement of services and ensure compliance with HACCP standards, safety rules and environmental procedures.
Profile Sought
With proven experience in managing banquets or events within a high-end establishment, you possess strong team management and operational organisation skills. Recognised for your leadership, sense of service, responsiveness and ability to manage large volumes, you know how to unite your collaborators around a common goal. You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, ideally TCPOS, and communicate easily in French as well as English (minimum B2 level). Flexible, rigorous and customer satisfaction-oriented, you wish to join a stimulating environment offering real responsibilities and career prospects within a company known for its exacting standards and quality of services.
