Your working environment:
Alpenda's technical and purchasing management is a true pillar of our company. Comprising around thirty experts, engineers, and highly qualified project managers, it guarantees our expertise and embodies our commitment to innovation and sustainability.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
As a Project Buyer, you are responsible for the purchases made on a project. You ensure the completion of the purchasing steps in accordance with the company’s purchasing process and strategy as well as its requirements.
- You co-write the provisional purchasing schedule with the works team
- You define the purchasing strategy by CFC and the corresponding initial sourcing with the works team
- You ensure that the specialists from the technical management have properly communicated the necessary assumptions to the works teams and/or contractors to prepare bids according to Alpenda standards
- You validate all bids before sending
- You manage the network of bidders, analyse and ensure compliance of the offers,
- You formalise all feedback in a TCO compliant with Alpenda standards
- You update the consultation tracking table
- You facilitate meetings between the specialists of the Technical Management and the works teams to analyse and capitalise on the differences between the calculation and compliant offers
- You jointly conduct negotiations with the works teams
- You co-define the financial objectives to be achieved and the strategy to reach them
- You monitor the purchasing schedule and report purchasing indicators
- You validate purchase requests formalised by the works teams on the ERP
- You ensure the proper sending of thank-you letters to unsuccessful companies.

- Do you have proven experience in purchasing and/or construction project management?
- Do you possess strong negotiation skills and are recognised for your ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders?
- Are you familiar with relevant purchasing regulations and standards?
- Do you carry out your tasks with transparency, integrity, and ethics?
- Are you fluent in French and have good knowledge of German and/or English (min. B2)?
