About the job
For one of our clients located in Versoix, we are looking for an Experienced Head Concierge to manage the daily operations of a real estate site and supervise a team of 2 collaborators.
Organise, coordinate and control the work of 2 collaborators Plan daily activities and allocate tasks Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of buildings, common areas and exteriors Supervise and carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs Identify technical issues and coordinate interventions by external service providers Ensure proper functioning of installations Ensure compliance with safety and fire protection regulations Carry out checks related to the function in connection with the AEAI certification Be the primary contact for occupants, suppliers and external stakeholders Provide regular reporting to the manager or property management
Proven experience as Head Concierge, Responsible Concierge or Operations Agent Successful initial experience in team management AEAI certification/training required Very good technical knowledge related to building maintenance Ability to organise and prioritise interventions Autonomous, responsible, versatile and solution-oriented person Excellent service sense and good interpersonal skills Fluent French Driving licence appreciated
A stable position within a professional real estate environment A versatile role with real autonomy Varied responsibilities including maintenance, technical and safety tasks
